About Me

I have always had something with animals .

When I was a child , I nearly made my parent's house and garden into a mini - zoo .

I always picked up and took care of birds with broken wings , to set them free later on , cats without a home , and one time a Shetland pony foal , that was nearly dead by hunger . I think I was a " awful " child .

I grow up with New Forest ponies , and we always had a Cocker Spaniel as family dog , but for more than 20 years it was the horses ,that was all my life . I bought my first Anglo Arabien mare , Sascha , when I was 17 , and she became the stud mare for my further breed .
She died in 1997 , 20 years old .

If it be , I grove frail and week ,
And pain should wake me from my sleep .
Then you must do , what must be done ,
For this last battle can't be won .
For this day more , than all the rest ,
Your love and care must stand the test .
Do not grieve that it should be you ,
Who was to decide this thing to do .
We have been so close , these many years ,
Remember me , but shed no tears .

My first dog was a Cocker / Sheltie cross , she became 17 years old , and soon after I got her , my first Labrador Retriever moved in , and from time to time I had a litter , breeding for good temperament and health .

My first Welsh Springer Spaniel arrived in 1994 , and my first Chocolate Cocker in 1996 , and now Spaniels are a great part of my life .
In January 2002 I went to England for my little Sussex Hope , a big wish through the last 5 years .
The most important for me , in my breed , is to make well - function , healthy puppies , typical in outlook and with a temperament that are well qualified , both as family dogs and working dogs .
I use my dogs a little for hunting , and I only use dogs in my breeding , that are willing to work , in one way or another .

I always try to find the right puppy for each family , depending on the use and the wishes , and to me , it is very important to know each puppy and give them the best start in their life , so they are able to give their familys a lot of happiness and joy for many years .

The breeding , training and Dog - shows is my hobby ,
but Take Care ,- it's easy to get hooked on the Spaniels !!!
